Business Context
The company required a purpose-built modern diagnostics and service centre to handle higher customer volumes, computerised vehicle diagnostics, and fast-turnaround servicing.
The project included reinforced concrete works, MEP installation, service-bay equipment fit-out, customer reception areas, and secure parts storage, requiring close coordination between contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and client representatives.
My Role & Responsibilities
- Daily work sequencing and site coordination
- Tracking delivery and installation of lifts, compressors, and diagnostic equipment
- Coordinating MEP installation and service-bay readiness
- Managing snag tracking and inspection preparation
- Maintaining progress reporting and site documentation
- Supporting health & safety compliance and toolbox briefings
- Facilitating client walkthroughs and phased handover approvals

Maintained a rolling two-week look-ahead plan, daily coordination briefings, and structured snag control to keep delivery predictable, inspection-ready, and aligned with client operational readiness.
