Business Challenge
The client lacked real-time visibility across dispatch operations. Dispatch data was fragmented between ERP, GPS tracking, and manual reporting, causing delays, missed delivery targets, and low trust in reporting.
My Role & Responsibilities
- Led user adoption and training programmes
- Defined reporting KPIs and dashboard usability requirements
- Coordinated ERP–GPS–dashboard integration validation
- Led UAT cycles and go-live readiness
- Built adoption materials, guides, and onboarding workflows
- Established reporting governance and cadence
Delivery Approach
Focused on driving user adoption by designing training plans, coordinating UAT cycles, validating dashboard usability, and leading onboarding sessions with dispatch supervisors, drivers, and operations teams to ensure confident system usage.
